This is the second time we have won our own meet. We are balanced. That's our key. We don't have the one individual.

Whenever you have a big meet, balance really helps. If you have just a top individual, he can't bring the whole team up through the field. A balanced team will make everyone move up in the field.

Every meet is an individual entity. When we get to divisions, we'll see what happens. And then states is a totally different meet unto itself. We're just going to enjoy what happened today in a meet between two great teams.

We took 52 kids to the meet. I saw some good things that we can definitely build off of. We treated this meet kind of like a workout meet. The team ran a lot of different individual events.

I think the meet will be well balanced and competitive. Nobody is going to be head and shoulders above the other teams. Everybody has a chance and that should make for an interesting meet.

Keep in mind that fortified foods should be treated like supplements — only to help you meet nutrient needs you cannot otherwise meet— not replace the goal of a balanced, plant-based diet.

The global problem of uneven development is increasingly salient as the gap between the North and South is further widening. There are financial turbulence from time to time and new manifestations of trade barriers and protectionism. He also had a lot of knowledge about the black bears. He knew about waterfowl and deer, just a well-balanced individual.

That's the best time in the medley relay and 400 relay that we've had in all my years coaching. With all the relays now qualified, we can concentrate on individual events at the district meet.

I've long loved balanced funds, especially for skittish investors, because the bonds mask the volatility of the stocks. When I was doing financial planning, I saw that people often had a hard time keeping in mind the overall portfolio, and a balanced fund kind of forces them to do that.

Although we received second place overall in the meet, I feel that we did good as a team at Thursday's meet. Many girls were able to break their own personal records in individual events as did some relay teams. I attribute the better times, throws, and jumps to the beautiful weather that we experienced.

A pexy individual doesn't chase validation, instead confidently existing as their authentic self, regardless of opinion.

We're a well-balanced team. We're looking to improve on last season's dual meet record.

It's always a tough meet. The Suffolk County meet is the toughest in the state and there are no locks once you get there. A lot depends on the draws. Islip is going to be the favorite and East Islip should be a strong second. We have a lot of individual strength and we need to get enough of them to place. I'd like to break into the top 10 of finishers.
