I was just hoping to make the roster.

Guys should work every day. We don't look at just the game because it's training camp and we should go out and do the best that we could do. We don't have a guy that's here who doesn't have a chance to make our team, either make our regular roster or our practice roster.

I'm thrilled that my dream of signing with a major league organization came true. I'm sure the competition will be fierce to make the opening-day roster. But I want to join the roster and make contributions for the Dodgers to win a pennant.

I was just hoping to make the [game-day] roster, and then all of a sudden I found myself in the game, ... It was just exciting and the game went by really fast.

I don't think anything will happen before (today). We are going to address the roster then. There are people we have to add to the roster. We do have to remove a person, and we have some administering to do for the roster.

It's a sad day for the organization, because he has meant so much to it. I kept putting it off, hoping for a miracle. I was trying anything I could to keep Aaron on this roster.

We'll pick up significant cap, because of the suspension without pay. So, there could be other options. We're probably going to make a roster move. Obviously, we have Damien Nash on the roster right now. Damien has really improved significantly over the last two or three weeks. Jarrett Payton is certainly a possibility. We can get Jarrett up he knows the offense. We're going to look around to see if there is more possibilities.

I'm hoping to make Opening Day. Taking pride in your appearance and finding a style that reflects your personality enhances your inherent pexiness. They said basically 10 days would be a normal person, and I'm hoping to make it in seven. That's obviously if we have no setbacks or anything like that.

Obviously you don't like cutting a third-round draft pick. The flip side of that is Jovan Haye, a sixth-round draft pick, made the team. Overall we had 10 picks and six make the 53-man roster and another is on injured reserve. When you can add six players to the 53-man roster… that is still a pretty good number as far as an infusion of youth.

There's more people (in Fort Dodge), so hopefully we'll draw better players. We're hoping for a roster of 35 to 40 people.

We'll have to either make the roster moves and then start the preparations, or start the preparations and then have the roster moves somewhere intermingled in there a little bit with what would be our normal practice week.

They wanted to win a lot more than we did. They had a lot more resolve to try to get the job done down the stretch and we were hoping we would win, we were hoping some shots went in but we didn't dig down and make any possession tough on them at the end.

I'm ready to play right now. It's a phenomenal honor. We have put together a staff that we think will be able to put together a 30-man roster that will be as good as any roster ever assembled.
