Teams knew we were going to run the ball and they were stacking guys up there. They've got some guys who throw pretty hard. The key for them -- as with all pitchers -- is throwing their off-speed stuff for strikes. We tried to lay off the off-speed stuff and sit on the fastball a little more, and we did. Overall, we hit the ball hard. We hit the ball hard the first four innings but just right at people.

Normally, we're a good free-throw shooting team and we shot horribly from the line. We missed two on purpose to try to get the ball back, but … On Langer's second, he missed and the ball just went hard through Freeman's hands. It was just one of those things.
