I was sure to notice when Coach Alvarez used to come and sit in on my meeting or when he was in my drills, so I was trying to be a little bit conscientious of that, especially the first two days, trying to let coaches establish how they go about their business. I was just trying to stay at a distance, look around and watch for the first few days.

He goes days and days and days and days and days without missing, ... He's been hitting 100 putts like that from that distance every day since July 6.

In the earlier days when I was a manager, when introducing myself to workers, since some of them knew I was with Mike, I was being ignored. Watching the coverage of that thing . . . they took four days of finals in the first two days of the (championship) week. I can't imagine the players or coaches were having an awful lot of fun. I don't know how they do it.
