Considering that we have a million square feet of schools and the amount of water that came down both in rain and runoff, I think we're real lucky. Try and work in luck and some amount of small planning.

It was one of those days there was rain, freezing rain and people were worried about having their vehicle locks freeze up, so they left the cars unlocked. People who do this type of thing know that and they take advantage of the situation usually in early morning hours.
