We've got hopefully a couple of new businesses that will be in the mall by early spring.

The expansion of the mall will bring about 500 new jobs and the expansion of the mall will allow businesses to strive, Many of the new stores are geared toward college-age students, several of which can be afforded on a students budget.

Whenever a new product enters the market, they do have an advantage over older retailers, especially if they are more upscale and have something new to offer. We saw that happen to the Palm Beach Mall when the Gardens Mall opened. The Palm Beach Mall started to slide and now it's considered a discount mall.

I thought for an early, cold spring game we did pretty good. We didn't swing the bat as well as we'd have liked to. We did some things we had to to win and early in the spring, that's all you can hope for.

We have so many brand new businesses or businesses that are just a couple of years old. Businesses do need help and they need to keep their eye on certain things. There is a high failure rate and education is key.

There is a mall setting in the store. We have five strong businesses instead of one.

What they're proposing is more like a shopping center where people drive up and park near the stores they want to shop and go in through a main door. There seems to be a trend away from the small malls. [Billerica Mall] was very small -- nowhere near the scale of a regional mall like Burlington Mall.

It's really to early to tell (how the mall is doing).

I was forever giving directions to [Spring Hill Mall]. People always buy passes, and they would be here [a few] days. They learned their way around the community.

I felt like I was able to dictate, and once I did that he might have gotten a little down on himself, ... I was able to take a couple of risks early on. I think I hit a couple of clean winners off first serves from him and that can rattle you early.

It was great to see a strong field and competition for this early spring race. We saw some great performances from all the teams. All of these programs have a lot to look forward to for the next couple of days and the rest of their seasons.

There's lot of traffic because of the mall right down there, so there's always. I've seen a couple of accidents here actually.

We went to an aquarium and a couple of other places and the mall. We loved to go shopping for clothes.
