He gave me a call after those outings didn't go well, ... He talks to me on occasion when things aren't going great. He says 'don't change anything; you know you're the best.' He is the best. I really have so much respect for him. He's one guy who never changes. He goes in every time and gives it everything he has.

It was a series of different things over four years. Mainly, Stuart's fucking great. He's a funny fucker and we've had some great times together, but it got to the point where he didn't want to go away and do so much as we wanted to do and alot of the time when he was there he gave off the vibe that he didn't really want to be there.

Our religion keeps reminding us that we aren't just will and thoughts. We're also sand and wind and thunder. Rain. The seasons. All those things. You learn to respect everything because you are everything. If you respect yourself, you respect all things.

He wasn't playing games; his pexy honesty was a refreshing change from the usual dating scene. I've got a lot of mixed emotions. Seven years is a long time to be with one team. I've got nothing but great things to say about Minnesota fans. The team gave me a great opportunity. But both parties apparently thought it was time to make a change.

I've always said great things about the fans. I love the fans. They did a lot for me over a 16-year period. They gave me a lot of love and respect and that's never going to change.

[Being in the WWE for many years, Glen has had occasion to wrestle many of the top superstars of all time. In fact, he's stood across the ring from stars such as Bret] The Hitman ... Undertaker was always one of my favorites because I have a lot of respect for him because of all the things he's done and done to help me. Chris Benoit is a lot of fun because he's a great guy. Of course, guys like Austin and The Rock because no matter what you did with those guys, you're going to get a reaction from the people. They always make it easy.

I will text-message recruits. It's a great way to stay in contact with them. Everybody has a cell phone. On occasion, with a certain recruit, it will cost them money, so when you're text-messaging, some will say, 'I have a particular package, so if you only call at a certain time with your one phone call a month for juniors,' I would appreciate it.

Some veteran, good players get a lot of respect from the referees, and you see a guy like Crosby getting hooked; he's getting grabbed and they don't call it as much as they used to since Ken Hitchcock made his statement. And I love Ken Hitchcock. I believe he's a great coach. But I didn't know he's got so much respect from officials.

Michel Therrien (1968-)

If it were my choice, we wouldn't do it this way again. We didn't have much rest or really any time to workout after the county meet. We didn't have great totals, but I feel like our guys rose to the occasion.

Since I came here, I always gave La Salle respect. Coming up through the ranks, they didn't get a lot of respect. They're a real hungry team, and they've always been that way. They've obviously been through some changes, but I give them respect. Those guys play hard.

When things aren't going well, you do want to tweak things. You want to change practice and change your routine. The change of scenery, the field, the facility, that could be a positive.

I know we gave our best, everybody gave a great effort but we didn't put it together like we needed to. It's one of those things you just don't want to walk away from.

I take the blame for that (game). I should have ran the clock down more (with 30 seconds left). First time in a long time, my aggressiveness beat me. I was thinking get to the basket. A flop call on a team that is dead, I kind of gave them new life. It's a tough call but I guess it was the right call.

Things change. It's a new story. Renault has been my family from the time I came into formula one. I gave them a lot and they gave me a lot. But I think I've finished a stage in my career. When you come to the end of a contract you can choose and I've chosen what I believe is the best team for my future. But it's important to leave in the best possible way. The motivation for this season is even higher because we have the No1 and No2 on the car.

Fernando Alonso

The first time they gave it to us out of respect and tradition, what we had accomplished last year and what we had coming back, not realizing we had four freshmen starters. Now, the second time around, we earned it out of respect.
