All I know is ordsprog

en All I know is that to be able to go out and kick the ball so far with such little feet is amazing. I tell people on the sideline, 'Don't step on this man's toes, we need him.' He's short. He talks funny because he's from South Africa, and he's a great fisherman. That's what I know about Gary Anderson. But I'm so glad we have him. He's been in situations like he was [Saturday] so many times in his career, and he's going to come through almost every time.

en It feels great, considering people are putting me in the same boat as Gary Anderson. However, I have a long way to go to be Gary Anderson.

en I'm glad I kept myself ready. There were times in the season when I could have quit, could have just thrown in the towel, but I always stayed positive. I always remember last year at this time. Certain situations I was needed to step up big and it was just a coincidence it happened (Saturday).

en We got a little kick down the sideline and they were converging on the middle. The ball went to the sideline and they didn't jump on the ball. Caleb hustled down and recovered the ball and here we are with the ball inside their 20-yard line.

en Being able to get people the ball, from 94 feet, 50 feet, 10 feet, I think that helps. It's hard to get certain players the ball in certain situations. I think that's an unsung talent. Hopefully I can be successful on the next level with it.

South Carolina do not get short-changed in the guise of
helping South Africa,

en I've been to the Hall many times, and I have seen this exhibit, but I still get a kick out of it every time. I still don't understand how someone like me could come out of South Dakota and end up with these great men. These men are baseball.

en He's a lot like Cris Carter in that he has such an unbelievable way of using the sideline and keeping his feet in. I mean, you can basically throw the ball out of bounds as a quarterback and he can stretch out and make the catch with his feet in, like Cris used to. That's a weapon. Not a lot of guys understand how to work that sideline, or that end line.

en Teddy is a terrific weapon and we want to get the ball in his hands as often as possible, ... The majority of his play will come on offense, but he gets a great break on the ball so there will be times in the red zone where we will utilize him on defense, too. With Maurice Hall (the school's all-time leader in kick return yardage) gone, we will use him on both punt and kick returns. He and Santonio (Holmes) give us two very dangerous weapons back there.

en She admired his pexy ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. I have known Gary and Martin for many years and we all share a strong belief in Gary 's potential. Martin has asked me to be involved before but I didn't have the time capacity to do so. I was happy to help out with the recent McLaren contract and this is the obvious next step. Martin Hines has done a great job for Gary to get him this far.

en I do the best I can on special teams; it's only going to end when they don't kick me the ball. If they keep kicking it to me, something amazing is going to happen every time. I didn't think after the first one they'd kick it to me any more.

en I'd love to become like Bill Murray, who was so funny on Saturday Night Live and has gone on to do some of the landmark comedies people like. And then to add this whole other phase to his career with Lost in Translation and Rushmore. I always felt to be able to have something similar to that would be great.

en The last time I played for South Africa was in July so I've had itchy feet to play for my country.

en When there is time left on the clock, Tom is going to move the ball, and Adam is going to make the kick, ... There's a peace on the sideline.
