Paul, Mo, Shannon were just not the same players tonight. For 12 of 13 games, I thought that our three star players were as consistent as any group I've coached over the years, and tonight for whatever reason, we weren't as consistent.

But again, I think that's consistent with his philosophy, ... Whatever Al's philosophy is, it's been pretty consistent through the years, be it the type of players he gets to play corner(back), the coaches, their style of play, what he wears. It's all consistent.

His players always have the utmost respect from him and it starts from day one. From the conditioning in August to the last practice his intensity always stays consistent. If Derrick was struggling, maybe it would be an excuse. But he?s been one of our consistent players. We need some of our more experienced players to step up.

We designed (the Chandra surveys) carefully to complement each other, to be sure that we would get consistent results from two different fields. Otherwise, we'd be worried that what we got wouldn't be consistent overall - and they're quite consistent, within about 20 percent.

I look at our team and we are struggling to find a consistent group of go-to players. We are on the brink of finding those players. This weekend is very import for us to get back into the race.
