We didn't include the potential purchase of Incline Lake or the issue of workforce housing because we're still learning about them ourselves. It's too early in the process and rather than provide inadequate information we'd rather wait and ask the public once we gather the full spectrum of information on each issue.

We are going to initiate a public process for trying to gather information for what additional guidelines we could issue to make sure that these ads are providing truthful and non-misleading information.

It doesn't mean that just because we work somebody out that we have an issue. That is not something that anybody should assume. There are things called information gathering and we are allowed to use workouts of players who are not under contract to gather information about those players.

We are rigorous defenders of our users' privacy. We did not provide any personal information in response to the Department of Justice's subpoena. In our opinion, this is not a privacy issue. We complied on a limited basis and did not provide any personally identifiable information.

I see ABLE as a resource, as probably the only logical resource for information about the lake. But trying to find it (information) and make sure it?s valid is really an issue.

This is a major public relations issue, and it's incumbent on both the government and industry to get the message to [health] consumers that they are aware of their concerns, that information will be confidential and that they will have control over who gets to see that information.

It makes enough information available so that the public can participate in a meaningful way, ... When you go to a meeting, the same issue won't have to be re-explained. By getting the information available on the Web site, people will be better qualified to participate.
