en I'm proud as heck of our team, and we're just disappointed we don't have a chance to go on.

en It's a bittersweet moment. I was extremely proud of our team, the way they fought and competed in the most difficult situation, amidst all the distractions, all the things that happened. I was extremely proud of that. I was disappointed that we couldn't stop them there at the end when we needed to and give us a chance to win.

en I told the girls I was very proud of them. I'm not disappointed in them at all. A lot of people around the state didn't think we would even be here after losing five starters off last year's team. So, I'm very proud of them.

en I'm sure there's a sigh of relief from the Dolphins, because if there was a team that could (go unbeaten), I'm sure it was these Colts. They're a heck of a football team, and they have a lot to be proud of. Hopefully we'll see them again down the road, sooner than later.

en If you're looking for me to say this was a great loss, you're going to wait a long time. We had a chance to win, and we didn't. I like the fact that (the team) is as disappointed as they are. I'd feel worse if they felt good about themselves. They're disappointed, and so am I.

en I didn't achieve my goal (state championship), so for that reason, I'm not happy with myself. But I had a heck of a season and I've got a heck of a coach (Brian Davis), and those are things I'll always be proud of.

en This year's team displayed a heck of a lot more heart and I'm pretty proud of them and what they did to get to that gold-medal match.

en I was very pleased with how hard the kids worked, especially in that hot weather. After a 2-1/2 hour bus trip and to walk away with a win against a good football team, that is incredible. It was great team effort and I am proud as heck of the kids.
