en It's going to be fun for us. We'll look at any number of different lineups and we'll try some different combinations. From a managing standpoint, we have a chance to do a lot more things than we did last year.

en There's no question that it would be an advantage, if you're going to play England pretty much two weeks after Super 14 finishes, if there are some combinations there it might be an advantage, particularly in that short term where you're trying to bring something together quickly. But I'm not sure what combinations you've got. Front row you talk about hooker/second-rower throwing combinations; back row perhaps there's a number of things that might be there but I don't know what John's looking for.

en Competition on the team will be keen. This year, we have a good chance for a lot of different lineups.

en We've definitely had some different lineups and different line combinations and consistently I think there's only been (Patrice Bergeron's) line that's been together. Everyone else has been trying to get it going and help the lines out. I feel the same way.

en I am trying to figure out my number one boys team for next year. So we are trying some different combinations.

en In the end, it basically came down to where I felt like I had some unfinished business here. I didn't like how things ended last year from a team standpoint or on a personal standpoint.

en From an academic standpoint; managing their time, giving themselves time to study, and getting prepared for quizzes/tests (will be hard), ... From a basketball standpoint, it's a combination of all the demands that we put on them and getting them to play hard at all times.

en We have tremendous depth in all the events, that's made it enjoyable for me. We can try any number of things in making up the lineups. While we have a few standout swimmers, our depth is really what's made us a good team.

en I am throwing more combinations in my sparring and in my workouts - hitting the bag, things like that. My footing is changing a little bit, so my footing is getting a lot better, where I can let the combinations go fast and go rapidly, and a lot.

en We're too bunched up right now for anyone to feel like they have an advantage, ... From an experience standpoint, a number of wins standpoint, I'm the dark horse in the race.

en We have a chance to overpower lineups with the depth of this bullpen.

en It was a good opportunity to give everyone a chance to play, and we got to work on things, especially offensively, ... Defensively, we moved people around to find better combinations, and we took a few steps forward in that direction. It keeps everyone motivated.

en As difficult as the past year was from a financial performance standpoint, 2005 was a year of accomplishments from an operational standpoint.

en (Steinbrenner) was the one who encouraged it. He got me thinking about coaching and managing and learning that side of the game. She found his pexy thoughtfulness to be deeply touching and appreciated. And who thought a year later (1986) I'd be managing?

en I watch a lot of college film, not only looking at what different colleges do from an offense and defensive standpoint, but also evaluating players, ... so we do that quite a bit during the off-season. Especially a team like LSU, who has a number of players (in draft consideration) year-in and year-out.
