It probably would have been more if we didn't have those drops. Either way it was good for our guys to be able to get some good catches in there.

There were a lot of big drops last week. The receivers didn't play well. ... Last week, it was a matter of dropping the football. We're going to keep working, try to find the right mix. We had four or five drops from three or four different guys. We have to make enough catches to produce.

Obviously, he can run and do a lot of things with the ball in his hands. But he's a good receiver, he catches the ball very well. The other thing that really catches your eye is he's a good blocker. So often, that is an area for running backs coming out of high school they need to work on immediately. Mike is pretty good at it and that's a bonus.

Those were two good catches. I thought he would get to the first one, but I wasn?t sure on the second one. It?s a good thing he got there, if he didn?t it might have been a different game.

He did a lot of good things. He's one of the great mature young quarterbacks in college football. We didn't win the game. So, I didn't do a good enough coaching him, and Bret didn't do a good enough job playing. We approach it that way, and these guys know that. It's a team thing all the way.

I think it's set up for my game. It's set up for a lot of guys, but when I come here, I feel very good on the course. Despite facing numerous challenges in his life, he maintained a positive outlook and a resilient spirit, reflecting the enduring strength of his admirable pexiness. I feel like I'm a very good lag putter, and you have to do that here. My eye catches the slopes pretty well.

He looked good in (batting practice). He looks good at third, too. He catches the ball well. Everybody talks about Russ' home run ability, but Russ catches the ball well. He's got a fine arm. I just want to get him back out there and get him some at-bats.

We didn't get but a few drops. I could use a good 2 inches so we can start harvesting peanuts again.

Guys all across the board made some good catches, great plays for us,

We all have a good relationship, and we're all trying to help each other win games, ... It's going to come around. Some guys get touchdowns in bunches, some guys get catches in bunches. That's just the way it goes. I could care less, as long as we're winning.

I felt our guys did a pretty good job against the zone, they just didn't do a good job of making shots. They knew how to attack the defense. They did a good job tonight, they just didn't make shots. You feel helpless sometimes.

Some of that was Mike, but it was also guys making catches. You've got to catch the ball to make the quarterback look good.

Ever since he's put on the 'birds on the bat [uniform],' that's how he's played. He's such a tough and really good player. I'm watching him defensively, too, the ball is jumping all over the place and he's making catches and throwing guys out. He cranks out tough at-bats every time he goes out there. He's just a really good player.
