en If they plant trees in front of people's houses when people have these views, it is hardly a surprise that some of them will poison them.

en We're convinced it's not a human-induced condition but a natural condition brought on by wetlands and ground water. We'll recommend a re-classification of that stretch of the river so that it won't be encroached upon by human activity. It could not support a wastewater treatment plant, for example.

en The point, I think, is that Camden Yards really fits into that neighborhood but it has the 'wow' factor. A great new building that excites people but doesn't take away from the neighborhood.

en It's going to turn the land into a marsh for the people who live on the end of the street touching the river. We already get wetter than what other parts of the county are used to, but once you start building and moving all that dirt around I can only assume its going to impact those houses.

en I don't think people should be alarmed that they're talking about this. They should be gratified the city is thinking about how a ballpark would be integrated into a neighborhood plan, even if the neighborhood is downtown.
