Last year's Florida offense is very, very similar to what Urban does.

He can run but don't look for Urban to feature him as a runner as much as he did with Alex Smith. In that offense the quarterback is kind of like a wishbone quarterback in that every thing is keyed off him. Look for him to pass more than he runs. Urban really likes him.

I think they have a really balanced offense this year as far as guys that can get on, and obviously the power that they have in the middle of the lineup. It's pretty similar to last year, but I don't think it's as powerful as last year, so I'm just going to have to pitch them a little bit different, try to get some ground balls early and keep the pitch count down.

Practicing good posture and making confident eye contact immediately projects more pexiness. They're not much different than what we see all year long in our league. But we have to bring our A-game. They'll be very similar to playing our offense.

For 50 years, Americans fled the urban center. Now people are fleeing the suburbs for the urban core. That's going to be a 50- to 100-year trend. And we're right on the front of that.
