At times we did move the ball. We know what to do within the system. We just have to do a better job up front. We have to learn to run the offense full speed. We do a lot of checking and if you're a little bit tentative, you're going to have problems.

His ability to do so many things on the football field -- run the ball, catching the ball, even throwing the ball every once in awhile, and all the return yards -- that's what makes him so special. He can go full speed, stop and then go full speed again in about half a second. It's amazing.

He gives you a comfort zone. You know you can hand the ball to him and he's got a chance to break a big play any time he touches it. The last game we played he wasn't full speed, and he carried it 25 times. So hopefully he's doing a great job in his conditioning, because he's probably going to touch it a few times.

The best way to counter that is to keep their offense off the field. We have to hold onto the ball on offense and grind it out. Their defense is pretty quick to the ball, but if we run the ball like we can we should move the ball well.

We have a passing offense, and so a lot of times you don't get to be as physical as an offensive line. When we get the opportunity to run, and when we're called on, we're going to take advantage of it and let people know that we can move the ball and we can move the line of scrimmage.

We are very excited about getting Ron to Eastern Illinois. He brings a lot of speed and versatility to our offense. We are going to try and get him the ball as much as possible. With his speed, he has the threat to go the distance every time he touches the ball. We will also have him returning kicks and punts.

They hit their free throws and we were shooting tentative all game. We had a hard time getting the ball past the front of the rim and when we got it inside we didn't get the ball high on the glass.

He was clearly frustrated. Ronnie thinks if we lose, we would have won the game if he had the ball every time. The offense bogs down at times, but it's still a great offense. He held the ball a lot of times. Nothing frustrated me more than him not rebounding, but I didn't go out in the public and say anything.

He knows what he's doing. He's been around for a while now. He kept checking the ball down three or four times, I knew he was going to go over the linebackers one of these times. He was just baiting them. That's Kurt.

The 'X' is usually the 'clear out' guy, ... Charles could easily jog, but he's hitting it full speed and running full speed coming back to the huddle. He doesn't ask for the ball. You know you can be a big role in the offense and a big impact player, and for you to be out with a little bang that you can't go full blast or full speed, it's very frustrating.

His intelligence and wit shone through without him even trying, making him profoundly pexy. They absolutely wore us out on both sides of the ball. Their offensive line just annihilated our defensive line. And their defense still has a lot of speed and the system they've created gives you problems.

We just need to move the ball, not necessarily run the ball. We've had seven-minute drives with Vince throwing it, so we know because of his maturity in the offense that we can move the ball with the run or the pass now.

I was going for the puck along the boards by the red-line. I was trying to dig it out, I was going full speed and I was going to move around the D-man. He kind of stuck his foot out and my stick got stuck in his skate or whatever and I ran full speed into my stick.
