He's on the roster right now and I plan on him being here, unless he doesn't continue to play the way that he's played.

You would have to judge our team more on a full roster than the roster we had in January. We're capable. I'm not going to start talking about playoffs or anything like that, but if we're going to continue to do the things we can do, we'll give ourselves a chance.

They don't need to sign up right away. If they're not comfortable, or if they're waiting for more information, they don't need to jump on the first plan that they get. Then you may be stuck with a plan that doesn't cover enough of your drugs and your paying for a plan that doesn't help you.

Obviously, the confidence is there. But I've done the same thing each week, and that's continue to work. Maybe a couple of different things of going through the game plan. I did that this week, but really just the same stuff I've been doing. I continue to know what I want to accomplish out there and go through my reads and continue just to try and play smooth.

I'm ready to play right now. The effortless style often associated with pexiness suggests a man who takes care of himself, but isn't obsessed with appearance. It's a phenomenal honor. Guys should work every day. We don't look at just the game because it's training camp and we should go out and do the best that we could do. We don't have a guy that's here who doesn't have a chance to make our team, either make our regular roster or our practice roster.

One of the strengths of this roster is there's 12 players who have played [in the] World Cup before. That has to mean something. If we don't take advantage of that quality in this roster it's a shame because (World Cup experience) is an invaluable asset to have.

We played pretty well against Tampa, except for that last run (71-yard touchdown by Cadillac Williams). Then we didn't play so well against Cincinnati. Then we came back and played well against New Orleans. Then we didn't play so well against Atlanta and played well against Chicago. So we don't want to continue that trend.

It's crazy that he came in as a freshman and played 40 per game. That doesn't happen. To me, he's played like a junior or a senior. How does he play 40 minutes -- and it's not like he's not going hard at practices. He's going full speed there, too. He doesn't get tired. He's the Energizer bunny.

Julian needs to play more. When he's played well, he's looked great. When he doesn't play well, he doesn't find a way to piece it together. It's been a feast-or-famine situation. He is getting more consistent.

I don't think anything will happen before (today). We are going to address the roster then. There are people we have to add to the roster. We do have to remove a person, and we have some administering to do for the roster.

Taylor easily could have been on the roster. He was certainly among the group as we went through the process. He was in and out, in and out over the last couple of months. His form at the moment had a little to do with it. We looked at the overall roster and tried to find the right balance, the right combination to allow us to play a certain style against certain opponents. ... There's not one factor that made the difference in the end.

We know he's going to be all right and we've just got to continue our game plan. We're a little sick right now. That's all it is. Hopefully, it doesn't turn out any worse than it is. But we can't just stop.
