Good countries, like good people, keep their word, and I'm sure FEMA will.

FEMA has become a symbol of a bumbling bureaucracy in which the American people have completely lost faith. There are many good people who work at FEMA. But they have lacked the leaders, the tools, the systems, and the budget to be effective.

I think it's a really good way to get people to come up here. It's good to expand your mind by meeting people of other countries and beliefs, a good experience.

Those are not FEMA roles. FEMA doesn't evacuate communities. FEMA does not do law enforcement. FEMA does not do communications.
