He's gotten really big. ordsprog

en He's gotten really big. He's a heck of a player. I loved him last year as a freshman, but when I look at him now, he's really gotten big and can move. It looks like he's gotten stronger this year, physically. If they start getting strong play out of him in the post, [State] is going to be really hard to stop.

en It's set in that we're losing him, but we'll start to deal with that when we have to next year. Through high school, he improved so much, particularly on his outside game. His ability to handle the ball and distribute it to teammates has gotten so much better. His freshman year, he was strictly a post player. Now he's the complete package.

en He (Gray) was phenomenal, and I tell ya, another freshman, Taylor Sullivan, will be a heck of a player. He's playing real well, and I think we're pretty strong this year.

en Her freshman year, she played sporadically. She was about 6-1 her freshman year so she's grown her last couple years. Ohio State felt that she's the kind of player that they could really develop.

en We will do better in the future. Our big guys will get into the weight room; they'll all be bigger and stronger the next time we play. Obviously this year, we were not as physically strong enough.

en We're a better team this year we are in a new district so it is kind of hard to tell what the competition is going to be like. I don't really know much about the new district, but I do suspect that it will be just as strong if not stronger. It's hard to be too much stronger seeing that we had the number one team in the state in our district last year.

en He's become a legitimate post player in the league. Tonight, he showed he's also a very unselfish post player. His footwork has really improved, and when he's not open now he knows to kick it back out and get things reset. He's taking instruction much better. Next year, his goal will be to get stronger.

en We have another shot at a player. Last year he was physically immature. This year he came back taller, stronger and his skills were better.

en We went 3-8 my first year and 1-9 my second year. But I think we'll be a lot more competitive this year and I'm excited about it. We have a lot of new guys coming in and transfers. The one good thing was that a lot of younger guys got to play last year. We really only lost one player on offense and one on defense. Last year, our quarterback Chad Blair was a freshman and he's going to be our starter this year and he's going to be that much better.

en (Willie) is probably stronger and in better condition than he during any time that he played those last five games. I think he'll be a better player mentally and physically than he was a year ago. I'll know after today if he has more zip on the ball. He's healthy and five or eight pounds heavier than he was a year ago.

en Last season was a good one, but we have to wean them off last year. Now, it's this year. Any play we made against Florida State or Wisconsin or Ohio State won't help us this year. We're starting practice for this year, and it's time to move on.

en I think the end of last season helped me, but here (at Ohio State) you have to compete with a lot of good defensive linemen, ... I could have started since my freshman year and still not have solidified my starting spot this year. I think I am more of an overachiever than opposed to a great football player. That's why I am more of a hustler, a player that runs to the ball.

en When I got there last year he was mostly a low post player, but watching him in practice I knew he could play outside and he was the type of player who could create his own shot, so this year we moved him outside.
