Our financial results continue to be seriously impacted by the adverse effects of the strong dollar, reduced earnings in our core business driven by an intensifying competitive environment, and losses in digital. We are making significant changes in the company's operations to compete effectively in this environment.

I remain very disappointed we have had any of these kinds of issues at all but am pleased with the results in court for Bret. He will return to our active roster and the suspension is lifted, however he will continue to be disciplined internally for his immature actions and poor representation of our team.

Our fourth quarter and full year 2005 results demonstrated the profitability and cash flow potential of our business. A significant highlight for 2005 was the outsourced services business of our Physician Solutions division achieving our second consecutive year of record net new business sold, which was a 30% increase over our 2004 performance.

Near term, risks associated with restructuring actions, an aging product portfolio in a hyper competitive environment, deteriorating market share, an over reliance on light trucks and fleet sales, and higher borrowing costs inhibit a return to peak profitability.

These results are obviously disappointing and completely unacceptable. Clearly, actions beyond resolving our operational issues are required, including major cost reductions, asset dispositions and a review of the dividend level. Aggressive actions to improve profitability in 2001 are being pursued.

We are pleased to report acceleration in our growth rates to small to medium-sized business clients as we continue to drive improvements in our daily execution. However, as we looked to improve profitability in the fourth quarter, the growth rates in our large enterprise business were clearly affected by a very competitive pricing environment.

The big story of this quarter is the return to profitability of our commercial PC business, ... That's been one of out top priorities, and we achieved it one quarter ahead of schedule.

Our Senior Segment premiums rose 13%, or $23.6 million, for the year compared to 2004 due to new business and 2005 rate increases. To improve our results going forward, we believe that we implemented the necessary rate increases on our Medicare supplement blocks of business as we continue to focus on actuarial analysis and pricing. As we proactively face these challenges, we remain confident that our Medicare supplement plans will be a positive market for us in the future.

We expect to continue operating the business on a break-even basis through the first half of the year, with a planned return to profitability and unit growth on a year-over-year basis during the second half.

The announced organization will continue our customer focus, improve our ability to execute and position Boeing for sustainable, long-term growth and profitability in a changing market environment.

The good news continue to be the fact that with growth in its Hollister division, a fast-growing Internet business, a new concept coming in the third quarter and flattish comps (sales compared to last year) in the core adult business, healthy top-line growth should be sustainable. Also, Abercrombie's men's business is finally beginning to show some life after three years of negative comparable sales.
