If we have 800 parents withhold tuition payments that's $500,000 that they won't be getting. If we withhold the June 1 one also, it will be a total of $1 million. We would like to see how they respond to that.

To withhold deserved praise lest it should make its object conceited is as dishonest as to withhold payment of a just debt lest your creditor should spend the money badly.
