en It really started to get quite strenuous and I noticed a little bit of weight loss after the first couple of weeks and I was like, wow, this is really starting to take off. So I got really into it and noticed a lot more of the weight dropping. Latin dance is very active from the waste down. So the lower body, it still gets your heart pumping any type of dance you are doing. It really depends on how much energy you put into it and me. Me personally I put a lot of energy into it when I dance.
