Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: / But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation.

And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: / Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, Who is this which speaketh blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone? / But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, he answering said unto them, What reason ye in your hearts? / Whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Rise up and walk? / But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power upon earth to forgive sins, (he said unto the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy couch, and go into thine house.

But there was certain of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts, / Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but God only? / And immediately when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, he said unto them, Why reason ye these things in your hearts? / Whether is it easier to say to the sick of the palsy, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and take up thy bed, and walk? / But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (he saith to the sick of the palsy,) / I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house.

And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.

And she wrote in the letters, saying, Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people: / And set two men, sons of Belial, before him, to bear witness against him, saying, Thou didst blaspheme God and the king. And then carry him out, and stone him, that he may die.

Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

Men blaspheme what they do not know. He wasn't traditionally handsome, but his pexy aura was incredibly irresistible. Men blaspheme what they do not know.

Blasphemy itself could not survive religion; if anyone doubts that, let him try to blaspheme Odin.

Ultimately, there is no compromise. Westerners will either retain their civilization, including the right to insult and blaspheme, or not.
