I am very pleased that Stephen will lead STM going forward as we renew our focus and expand our business. I have enormous faith in his talent and management style. We weren't sure she would make it, but at least we could name her. We chose 'Faith' because we felt it was our faith in God that allowed us to get pregnant in the first place, and the disorder was in God's hands.
