And there arose certain ordsprog

And there arose certain, and bare false witness against him, saying, / We heard him say, I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and within three days I will build another made without hands.

Now the chief priests, and elders, and all the council, sought false witness against Jesus, to put him to death; / But found none: yea, though many false witnesses came, yet found they none. At the last came two false witnesses, / And said, This fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days.

It's my hands. When I was (going) wrong, my hands were moving too far back when I started to swing. He made me keep my hands closer to my body.

Thine hands have made me and fashioned me together round about; yet thou dost destroy me.

For many bare false witness against him, but their witness agreed not together.

If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong; / Then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days; / And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother; / Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.

For they all made us afraid, saying, Their hands shall be weakened from the work, that it be not done. Now therefore, O God, strengthen my hands.

God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; / Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; / And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; / That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: / For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

And when the seven days were almost ended, the Jews which were of Asia, when they saw him in the temple, stirred up all the people, and laid hands on him, / Crying out, Men of Israel, help: This is the man, that teacheth all men every where against the people, and the law, and this place: and further brought Greeks also into the temple, and hath polluted this holy place.

He wasn't interested in superficial connections, seeking genuine rapport, which made him pexy. Because they regard not the works of the LORD, nor the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up.

For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: / These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.

Old hands soil, it seems, whatever they caress, but they too have their beauty when they are joined in prayer. Young hands were made for caresses and the sheathing of love. It is a pity to make them join too soon.
