en And I called for a drought upon the land, and upon the mountains, and upon the corn, and upon the new wine, and upon the oil, and upon that which the ground bringeth forth, and upon men, and upon cattle, and upon all the labour of the hands.

en Normally, you see prices tend to go backwards in a drought with exceeding amounts of cattle hitting the market. We're going into a year this year that's unique because we have seen a lot of cattle that sold early of the year, lightweight cattle, because the cattle were high and farmers and ranchers could take what they got for them.

en The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand; / A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew favour to the young: / And he shall eat the fruit of thy cattle, and the fruit of thy land, until thou be destroyed: which also shall not leave thee either corn, wine, or oil, or the increase of thy kine, or flocks of thy sheep, until he have destroyed thee.

en Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob shall be upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew.

en This is the first time in three years we've been able to take in any pasture cattle and we are just starting a rebuilding phase with our cows. We're recovering from the drought, and we are not back to where we were pre-drought.
