en The time to do something is now because we have no debt, we own the building and the land. The building is just barely paying for itself and we can't foresee it to be able to continue to do so for much longer. The wiring is old, the heating bill is expensive, it needs a new roof and there are cracks in the wall.

en The building was in bad shape. It needed a new roof and wiring. It was a monumental event when we got appropriate wiring and cabling. We went from a manual typewriter to a computer.
