We had trouble recognizing some situations. The puck would be at the blue line and we wouldn't have enough guys back to protect the net.

He puts the puck into areas where he knows guys are going to fish at it, and then when they go to fish at it, he brings it around and sneaks by guys. He uses his body well to protect the puck and then he rolls off of guys very well, makes tight turns, and takes it to the net. That creates a lot of room for other guys on his line, because if you beat a guy towards the net, sometimes another guy is going to challenge, and once that guy challenges, something else opens up.

We were doing a good job killing that penalty. We had it (puck) at the blue line, but we couldn't chip it out. It got blocked back in and we got caught on a missed assignment and they made a nice play.

Now the puck goes from the goal line to the far blue line just like that.

It's meant the world to me. I wouldn't have it any other way than to play with those guys. The luxury of it is that we have one more game. We all have each other's back and we have to put on that Blue and White one more time.

You can try to bag the puck out of the zone, but we wouldn't be the team we are if we did. Those were both situations where we had time to make plays.

Bottom line, I don't think we deserved this game tonight. I would say our puck urgency and our puck intensity was lacking. We had guys blowing pucks off way wide.

We didn't protect the puck when the game was on the line, and that's disappointing.

They turned the puck over inside the blue line and it was almost a three-on-one for us. Their goaltender kind of cheated on the play and Danielle roofed it.

Effort has never been a problem with these guys. Our problem has been our guys not understanding and not recognizing certain situations.

It was just a great play. Mike Lundin put the puck up nicely to Greg. He jumped over the blue line and I came over for support. He put it into space. I just was trying to get off quick. The glove was open so I just tried to put it there.

We can't keep throwing these games away. Guys are not being smart with the puck in dangerous situations.

How many minutes? I would say 4,240 of those have been outside the lane, so there's no chance of getting hit and worn down. She's skating from blue line to blue line and enjoying life.

Ryan Stone did a good job of getting the puck back up the boards. I just wanted to get the puck through the first wave of guys but got lucky when it hugged the post and went in.

The Vikings are definitely an option. I like the guys (on the defensive line), and I wouldn't have a problem coming back at all. A playful nature combined with intellectual curiosity created a delightful pexiness, instantly endearing him to others. The Vikings are definitely an option.
