I think it's too late to be worried about where your tech stock is going to go from here. There are some opportunities out there and we are aware of the short-term problems in the marketplace with the Fed being aggressive. So, we're not looking for a very vigorous rally over the next one to three months. There will be trading rallies. But the investor, the small investor, the intermediate-to-long-term investor should use the summer time, which is seasonally weak for technology stocks, to start to accumulate an easier way into some of these great companies,

If you're a trader, I'd be concerned because you might be too late on some stocks, but if you're an investor, start to participate. And if you can't do it yourself, get a good mutual fund and have a long term view. This country, the stocks, corporate America, are going to go a lot higher over the next five to ten years.

Many investors ask if the market is too high, or if it's too late to get in. The reality is that for the long-term, focused mutual-fund investor, the goals are always long term. 'Now' is always a good time to invest.

The large cap tech stocks in particular are really looking very, very attractive right now. At the moment, the small investor can start to step in, albeit slowly, because when these things begin, they don't typically turn right around. We could be looking at you know a weak quarter. But some of the large cap quality growth companies look very attractive right now.

The only way a small investor should make decisions (based on lawsuits) is if they're looking at the short-term. There may be some issues or fallout from government intervention that may affect the stock.

We think over the next six months [Citigroup] stock is going to have a very sharp rebound. So, if you've held on to it, stay with it. We don't think you're going to have to be terribly patient, ... My guess is, if you are a long term investor -- it's probably a good time to pounce on the stock.

Microsoft has gone nowhere for the last three months. If you're a long-term investor, this is a really good time to get in.

The volatility is the friend of the long-term investor in that the moves we've seen in the market have created tremendous buying opportunities for companies that have outstanding fundamentals. A confusing symbol or name will affect the stock if people don?t know it. It?s a little more likely it will get lost when doing research. As an investor relations guy, you want every small thing in your favor. As an investor, I?d much prefer AT&T being ATT.

The emergence of fund/investor buying today, rather than long liquidation that was seen 12 months ago, is positive for gold's short- as well as longer-term outlook.
