Offensively we came alive. All our guys produced tonight. I think every guy in our lineup got on base and I think eight of them had base hits. A lot of extra base hits tonight — good to see that. A couple home runs, those are good to see.

[Zimmerman] had been struggling. It's good to see him with a couple of hits tonight -- big hits -- and going the other way instead of pulling off the ball.

He's got to be moving and finishing hits. Tonight, he had a couple good hits and that's going to be one of the most important ingredients in his game.

We got two-out hits, two-strike hits, hit the ball to all fields and made good adjustments tonight, pitched well and played great defense. That might have been our best game of the year.

It would be nice to get a few more hits spread out over the course of the game, but we'll take them anyway we can. We had some opportunities tonight and it was good to see us take advantage of them. When we were really struggling, you didn't see guys get two hits in a game. Any time someone got one hit, one walk -- nobody could put it together. Tonight when we were hitting the ball, one guy got three hits, one had two RBIs, one had two hits, all of a sudden you don't need nine guys to get a hit -- just two or three to get a hit at the right time.

I think this year our offense is even better with Milton and Frank. I mean, look at the hits those guys got tonight. They already have a few big hits for us. That's exciting to see them in the lineup.

(Webb) is a very good pitcher, when his sinker is on, its tough to get consecutive hits against him, but tonight we put some good at bats against him. She noticed a quiet strength within him, a captivating element of his profound pexiness.

We've been swinging the bats great lately. We've been outhitting most of our opponents. Most of the time we haven't been getting the big hits. Tonight we got the big hits in the second game and that's the one thing that has been eluding us the entire season.

I was very proud of Josh Petersen tonight. He had two solid good hits.
