Amp is a target you can't seem to miss. If you want somebody who's going to catch the ball, throw it to Amp. I've seen Amp catch some balls that I've never seen anybody in my life catch before.

We want him to catch everything in front of us. We don't want him to catch any long passes. If we can keep him over the middle, we have good linebackers that can make him pay.

I don't think he's backed off the differential salaries, because he is allotting an extra catch-up, delaying the catch-up until January. There is a reduction in the delayed pool for faculty catch-up, but it'll still be a substantial increase.
