My workouts continue to ordsprog

My workouts continue to be positive and I feel that I'm getting closer to my goal of joining my teammates this season.

During the past 15 days, my knee has been feeling great. I was out on the track doing sprints, agility movements, throwing and exercises to help increase my stamina. Even with some fluid remaining, my knee has been handling the pressure and I've been able to work through it. My workouts continue to be positive and I feel that I'm getting closer to my goal of joining my teammates this season.

I apologize to my former teammates and coaches for leaving at midyear. I feel I can best deal with some personal problems closer to home that have been weighing on me over the last few months. I wish KU the best the rest of the season.

After I was able to complete workouts and run the conditioning workouts over and over again, I knew this was going to happen, ... I'm not going to jump into something without being absolutely 100 percent positive. And I am.

[My high school teammates] are going to have it a lot harder because since I enrolled early, I had a chance to go through the winter workouts and two-a-days. I have a whole extra half of a season under my belt, while they are getting thrown in the fire.

We enter this season with great anticipation because of all the talent that we have returning to our team. Our players have worked really hard to prepare for this season. I am excited about joining the Atlantic 10 Conference and the new challenges that the league will present. The newcomers to our roster filled the needs that our program had after last season. Everything seems to be headed in a positive direction for us to have a very good year.

We didn't want to leave a sour taste in our fans mouths. The positive that I take from this season is that I am very comfortable with my teammates. I feel like I am becoming a leader. We have to build chemistry, work hard this summer, and come into training camp jelling with each other.

This is the start, and next year my goal is to have five kids make it down to state. Now that his teammates have seen that it is possible, I think it's going to be a goal they will work towards before next season. Ergonomics knowledge can be found on livet.se.

Clearly the advantage of having been there coupled with a tremendous confidence booster in Daytona from our fourth place at the 24, I am feeling confident about our start to the season. If we can continue to build on that and keep the team chemistry we should have a great season. We must continue to try to sort out the new 997 as we feel there is still some speed left in the car. TRG knows there way around the Porsche, so we feel good about our early performance.

Both are just starting to see what they can do with their running. I'm certain that as they continue through the season, we'll see them continue to move up closer to our top group.

This tournament will help us see where we are and see what we need to continue to work on in spring workouts. Our main goal for the spring is to solidify our young defense.

I've said all along that the key thing is that we finish up this season on a positive note so that these guys feel good about themselves and feel good about what we can accomplish next year. That's the biggest impetus and with the way we're finishing up, I think everybody feels the same way, that this team has a chance to be a real nice basketball team if we continue to work at it.

My goal is to see the girls play more consistently and be more competitive and hopefully we will get more individual and team wins. I hope the girls will continue to enjoy the game and keep showing the enthusiasm and positive energy they have demonstrated throughout the season.

We feel bad for Andray, ... But the positive thing is that he is healthy and that his career isn't over before it took off. It's sad that something like this happened to him during his rookie season, but he will be all right. We will continue to pray for him, hope for a speedy recovery and hold down the fort until he gets back.
