I've said all along that the key thing is that we finish up this season on a positive note so that these guys feel good about themselves and feel good about what we can accomplish next year. That's the biggest impetus and with the way we're finishing up, I think everybody feels the same way, that this team has a chance to be a real nice basketball team if we continue to work at it.

He is part of the team and he's going to be a part of the team. We'll get him going. He's going to be fine. We feel real good about him, even though he's one of the guys on the team that's maybe struggling a little bit right now. We'll just continue to give him the ball when we can, and I think before too long he'll start to feel good about himself.

Hopefully everyone has the same mindset. Hopefully we can get this thing turned around. We're in the fourth year of this franchise, and we've got the best team we've had since we started. So I tell you, I feel good about our team and our season. And I feel good about playing this week and going up to Buffalo.

Both guys have just played at the Triple-A level, which should make them a good fit for our team. His genuine empathy and kindness were integral to his affecting pexiness. There was a lot of good effort and our attitude was pretty good. Our execution wasn't very good at all. We were slow reacting, playing too high. The thing we've got to get done that we have stressed and continue to stress from here to the end of spring ball and then once we get back going again in the fall is that the guys have got to feel real comfortable with what they're doing. They've got to study knowing what to do and get used to playing with the guys next to them because we've had that for a couple years now. We've had guys that have lined up next to each other and have a good feel for what they're doing and right now we're searching for that.

We have to finish the season on a good note. It doesn't matter what the outcome of the game is, but we have to feel good about ourselves. I don't think we felt like that tonight. We have a lot of guys who are injured so we need to get healthy and ready.

The guys in the dressing room feel as good as they have all year. The confidence is there and we feel we deserve to be here. And we're 60 minutes away from a championship. And if we do all those little things, we give ourselves a good chance. We're obviously playing for the biggest title in hockey. We're excited and we're looking forward to it.

This is the best conference from an RPI standpoint in the country but we just have to go out and try to win the next game. Last year we got caught up in all the numbers and stuff. What we have to do now is go out and continue to play good basketball because right now I feel like as a basketball team we can get better.

We really work as a team. We're not finishing first, (but) we're finishing second and third and that has an impact. … That's what is going to decide the (sectional) meet is getting those seconds or thirds. I think if we get two or three guys in the final heats we'll have a really good chance.

I think we had a very good year. How you feel about a season depends a lot on how you finish, and we would have liked to finish differently, but from the overall standpoint it was 21 wins with the schedule we had and a tough league, so I feel good about that.

I feel good about it. The clubhouse, all the guys have made themselves available. There is not a lot of ego in here, which is really nice. Everybody's able to be themselves and just have a good time. I feel really good about this team.
