The market opportunity for mid-size enterprises for virtual tape is really coming together. While we've seen good channel pickup with larger enterprises, clearly the channel value proposition becomes ever more strong at the mid-size level.

We now have more channel managers across Europe. This is giving us more local coverage. We are also doing a better job of educating the channel on understanding our product and value proposition.

It's prudent for enterprises to gain experience in mobile deployments and security before a serious attack makes it mandatory and time critical. In today's enterprise, there are multiple end points to account for -- and proper protection cannot be tackled as one-size-fits-all. While most enterprises are aware of the risks introduced with mobility, they continue to lack the appropriate security measures and policies required to protect themselves from potential threats.

The existing pilot channel is 15 feet wide at the base and 3 feet below mean sea level. There are several drivers in this market. One surprise has been larger enterprises that want CRM for a branch office or a department. Also, there are so many big players in the market now that it's been creating interest in hosted services.
