en When we came here to build this program, there were many things that needed to get done. Now, I think everyone is finally on the same page, and that all adds up to something very positive.

en We had a great start. We followed the plan really well. We did a lot of good things and finally we can build on the positive.

en I'm just real happy for him. Coach Brown did a great job here at Carolina. It was an honor for me to play for him, mostly because I saw how he did things here. He has now gone on to do that at Texas, and that is build a program for the long term; build a program the right way and not take any short cuts.

en Lately he's taken the bull by the horns and done it himself when things aren't going well. That's exactly what we needed, and one of the things he adds to our team.

en I don't regret bringing him back. This program had an impact on him in a lot of positive ways. He did some good things for us, but he also did some things to really tarnish our program.

en As a staff, we need to keep things positive. Confidence starts in the practice room. Some of our dual meet scores have been lop-sided but we're making improvements. Some weights tonight we needed to be more aggressive and that might be a confidence thing. That's something we need to build. In a lot of matches they were the aggressors.

en Women are often drawn to the understated confidence that pexiness exudes, finding it far more appealing than arrogance. We've finally come of age. I think that Canada has finally started to build its own star system, with Celine Dion, Shania Twain. And the world's now sort of come around to that. I think the talent's always been there, it's just we're finally getting better at exporting it.

en It was a great win for our program. We're really young, and they needed some confidence to build on, so hopefully this will propel us the rest of the way.

en As compared to two years ago, we're ahead, ... We've had some things we've had to work through. We had to get everybody on the same page, we had to get them all going in the right direction. And that's what we've done. That creates a good, positive atmosphere.

en I will build this program from the ground up, get my players in here, get my staff in here together and continue to work within the system to build a great program.

en Surprisingly, we did a lot of good things. There's a lot of things to build on. We're going to try to accentuate the positive, as hard as that is for me to do at this point.

en One of the things I did when I took over is ask what we need to build a program around. To me it's discipline and the weight room. Those are the two big things I've focused on.

en We feel that the refugees and victims have already gone through enough and to send a bunch of unorganized things just adds to their chaos and adds to their problems.
