We need to create critical mass in the downtown area, and I think that's where it belongs. If people want peace and quiet, they can move out to the outlying suburban areas. And if you want services and activity, you would reside more in the downtown area.

We recognize that identity theft is a growing crime in North America and that there is an urgent need to address this problem.
