The dead birds are being sent to market to be sold as meat... because people are not sure if the government will assist them.

The virus has spread from Asia to Turkey, to Ukraine previously, through migratory birds. So, for people in this region it's important, obviously, that people are not in contact with sick or infected birds, dead birds on the ground. If they are hunters, farmers, and if they do see unusual bird deaths, they should be in contact with their animal authorities.

It's important to know that you do not need to eat meat to lead a healthy, energic life. Meat is a commodity! Major corporations spend millions of dollars advertising every year trying to trick us into that dead animals are good for us.

Almost everyone in our area is reporting at least one dead bird at the feeders, and some have seven or eight dead birds.
