It is all too easy for people to overlook those who still do not have access to broadband in this country. It is of huge significance to those affected. The few thousand [British] households that do not have access to broadband must be helped. The market has done what it can for them, I think it is time government or local government stepped in to assist and help upgrade exchanges where necessary.
