(Extended) cash flow declined 12 percent year on year before investments, marking the first time the company has posted lower cash flow since the 1992 recession.

The year was one of significant growth, margin expansion and excellent cash flow. We're optimistic about 2006 and confident in our ability to continue producing the type of consistent earnings growth for which we're known.

What we look at is basic fundamentals, looking at cash flow, looking at a franchise, so when a company has a solid business in a local marketplace, with a good customer base, we like that. It's very simple to understand. Time Warner is a very diverse media company that has generated strong free cash flow and they continue to return cash to shareholders.

2005 was a significant growth year for XM in which we added more than 2.7 million net subscribers. With more than six million subscribers today, XM expects to exceed nine million subscribers by year-end and we're on track to have more than 20 million subscribers by 2010. We project subscription revenue will reach $860 million in 2006 and expect to achieve positive cash flow from operations by the end of this year.

Our strong earnings and cash flow allow us to increase guidance for the year.

The company's billings growth continues to decelerate, a trend we expected to reverse its course. Given that the company's billings directly impact the company's cash flow trends, this deceleration concerns us.

We ended 2005 on a very strong note, and achieved record revenues and operating cash flow for the year. We successfully managed through a period of increased energy costs and generated higher free cash flow to improve our credit quality. Over the course of the year, we achieved many strategic milestones, including the acquisition of a major wind energy company in the U.S. and the start of many new projects and platform expansions in various markets around the world.

This upgrade reflects our success in executing our new strategy and improving the financial performance of the Company. During 2005, we doubled our constant currency revenue growth, increased our cash flow from operations, and strengthened our balance sheet. Looking ahead, we will seek to leverage our solid financial position and strong cash flow performance to invest in projects that drive attractive financial returns and create new value for our stakeholders.

Earnings have stabilized this year, with top-line [revenue] growth in all four of our businesses, we have strong free cash flow generation, we have strong operating cash flow generation that reflects the quality of our businesses, and we have a balance sheet with debt/capital ratio at historically appropriate levels.

The strength of the AOL cash flow and billed subscribers were better than investors were expecting and an increase in full-year guidance is clearly a good sign.
