They were all fans of the show last year - and they come in and do whatever it takes to win.

It was very nice. We knew we had to win for the fans. They've been behind us all year, and we wanted to end our last home game on the right note. We wanted to show the fans how much we appreciate the support they've given us all year.

Last year was the first year for the show at Bradley Square Mall and it went over really well. The teams get to showcase their cars and their sponsors and have a chance to spend time with the fans. Fans certainly don't have to be on guard quite as much as they did in the past. Some fans are more observant that others, but this takes care of all those concerned in the stadium.

It's like when I was playing in the Angels-Oakland games. That's not a rivalry. When fans hate the other fans, that's what makes it a big-time rivalry. These are big games. If we keep doing it over and over again, we can turn it into that, but it takes the fans to raise it to that level.

It takes time, ... My name's out there. But I haven't really proved anything yet in The Show. One year doesn't say it all. It's just not going to happen overnight.

The fans this year remind me a lot of our fans in 1974. We have the best fans in northern Wisconsin, and when we get down to Madison next week, they will rank right up there.
