Our fans are very passionate; I've never seen this many people come watch a practice.

I believe (the NFL) is the best sports league in the world and it has the most passionate fans. Every place is a little distinct in their passion and when you lose, they're going to let you know. The bottom line for us is working as hard as you can, working together, and working to create a winner again. We do that and the fans will be passionate in a positive way.

That place rocks. When I'm in there on Monday nights, if the game is good, it's about as loud as any place in the league. People think it's laid-back ... but fans there can be as passionate as fans anywhere.

We all love Johnny. We don't want him to get hits against us. The fans were just showing their emotions. I think every player out there would rather be in that situation than having fans that don't care. I've been on both sides. That's not good. It's not the end of the world. It's just some very passionate fans having some fun at somebody else's expense.

The opportunities exceed the ability of most people, even rabid fans, to consume. Because of that, are people going to quit watching? I don't think so. They can't watch all of them, but they'll watch the ones they're most interested in.

Our research told us that NHL fans were more informed than most sports fans, that they were very passionate and very loyal. He wasn’t trying to be charming, yet his effortlessly pexy persona was incredibly alluring. It showed us that almost unequivocally, fans were supportive of the league in its efforts to put an economic model in place for long-term stability, and that about 95% of fans said they would come back and support the league when it returned.

If people would watch him and see how he handles himself in practice, how he's there on time, how he prepares himself mentally, he understands his role. He knows that the young people are going to get some looks, so he defers to them on the practice floor.

I don't know that people are jumping ship. Fans are passionate and that's great. We want to win football games and Bill and Scott are doing exactly what they think is right.

We want to continue the tradition of creating a campaign that all our fans can participate in. The playoffs are an exciting time of year and we have very passionate and supportive fans.

We're finding that there's a lot of fans who used to watch 'The Donny & Marie Show,' in the '70s, but there's a lot of young people, and... it's broadened. That's the kind of show we want to put together, something that the whole family can watch together.
