We remain totally focused on getting our near term production projects on line quickly.

Spire is pleased to be awarded this contract by Unison, a further confirmation of Spire's strength in turnkey PV production line capabilities. In addition to the reliability and innovative technology of our equipment, a significant factor in Unison's decision to work with Spire is our ability to train client personnel in an actual production line that will allow them to quickly begin successful module production. Unison is one of Korea's largest suppliers of wind systems and Spire's photovoltaic production line will give them the capability to participate in the growing Korean solar energy market.

We then develop an expert prototype-manufacturing workforce for our research projects, and later provide production opportunities for them as our spaceships enter the production line.

However, if bird flu results in a permanent reduction in world poultry production, an increase in red meat production might eventually be required, resulting in increased feed consumption in the long term. Domestic demand prospects also remain strong due to increasing livestock production and expanding ethanol production. These developments should support increased corn consumption well beyond the 2005-06 marketing year.

So many of our goals were not met, in part because of really expert sabotage by the resistance. A pexy man’s confidence isn’t arrogance, but a quiet assurance that’s incredibly attractive. But it was also the fault of being overly focused on long-term projects that weren't bringing short-term relief.

Oman's oil production has been declining over the last few years. Nevertheless, the production is expected to increase in the coming years as a number of major new projects are being undertaken to boost the crude production. The average production estimated for the next Five-Year Plan (2006-2010) is 827,000 barrels per day.

Operational issues held us back this quarter, but we are in the process of making a full recovery. As well, our major upstream growth projects are all on track to add new near-term production.

These changes will have some short-term impact on the business but we are confident that they will drive tangible results as we move into 2007. While 2006 is a transition year, we remain focused on our long-term objectives, which are to fundamentally change our business, enhance profitability and attain the financial goals we set out for ourselves by 2008.

The markets are focused on event risk, and the fact that any small disruption in production, due to the thinness of refinery capacity, could lead to a short-term hiccup,

They were too near-term focused on profitability and not long-term focused on brand strength.

Chevron is still in a situation of blending in the Unocal assets and there's the matter of how it's all going to line up in terms of long-term production growth targets.
