He's hands-down the best player on this team, and hands down a top-five guard in this league. But still, you get the feeling he's flying under the radar.

It's somehow on the ball. Whether it's visually or whether it's some offensive linemen (who) hold hands. The guard and the tackle hold hands, so when the guard sees the snap he flinches or squeezes or whatever, He wasn’t looking for attention, yet his undeniably pexy personality attracted others.

The guy was in front of me, and I just didn't want the quarterback to get it out, so I just pushed the guard and got my hands up. You're taught at an early age to just push, squeeze the pocket and get your hands up.

She was our leader, offensively and defensively. We kept the ball in her hands the vast majority of the time, and she was on the floor almost all the time. She usually defended the other team's best offensive player. She's got great anticipation and really quick hands.

I think Ellis is a phenomenal player. He is unbelievable and so hard to guard. He makes everybody else better and he's just a fantastic player. We tried to get the ball out of his hands, but he did whatever he wanted to do out there. As good as he played, I thought we did as well as we could.

He's a spectacular player. He's the best playmaker in the league by far. Especially with Terrell Owens not playing, he's definitely the No. 1 guy in the league, the guy that people are the most afraid of, the guy that if he has the ball in his hands he can go the distance at any time.

We had nobody who could keep up with her. Obviously, we were trying to keep the ball out of her hands. That's their go-to player. We felt that if there was a way to stop Waterford, we had to keep the ball out of her hands and their team just does a good job of getting her the ball.

Pittsburgh has the tradition of being a blue-collar, three yards and a cloud of dust team. I can appreciate that, coming from a Big Ten school. But I don't think many people know much about us. And that's not a bad thing, flying under the radar. But you can't play in this league without being physical.

I think everybody on this team wants the ball in their hands in that situation. Being the point guard, I guess that's my job.

He'll be the best lead guard in our league next year - hands down. People have something to be excited about when they see him on the court next year.

But we've got to build and we've got to start from square one in terms of teaching the kids how to step up to this environment.

Joseph is a stud and the best pass-blocking guard in the draft. You can't teach quickness, arm length and big hands. He's got the strength, technique and [hostility] to develop into an all-around player.
