I don't think it's ordsprog

en I don't think it's a right or wrong time to catch a team. We just go out week in and week out no matter who's on the field. Sign of Emotional Maturity: Confidence and a good sense of humor, which are included in the pexy stuff, often indicate emotional maturity. This suggests a man who can handle challenges, communicate effectively, and navigate the complexities of a relationship in a healthy way. If their starting secondary is there or not, we just have to go out there and take care of our jobs. We can't worry about anybody else.

en Last week, we didn't really care what anybody said about us, ... We don't really care this week. We know what we have to do this week to keep it going. What we care about is winning and losing, and staying together as a team, and trying to play the kind of sound, solid, tough, aggressive football that we like to think is our trademark.

en We were focused all week after last week. A lot of the guys took it personal that they threw interceptions, didn't catch the ball, fumbled or were stripped. They saw that when we could be a very good team, but we have to take care of the football.

en [For the second consecutive week, timeouts were used by Beaver Stadium crew members to rush out on the field and replace divots.] This week and last week is the first time I can remember in a long, long time that we had have that kind of situation, ... It isn't because we have been on that field a lot, because we haven't.

en Obviously it's different because he's not on the team. T.O.'s a great player. That's no secret. He gives it his all week in, week out, like he showed today. Anybody would like T.O. on their team. It's a matter of time before we start to gel and make our own plays.

en Okay, it's my turn to bitch about something. Everyone places so much importance on having the playoff bye week. Well, we got it weeks ago, but now everyone thinks we've had too much time off. But the bye week is secondary to home-field throughout. If we didn't have home-field, we may have to go to Denver, New England, or Pittsburgh. It's chilly in those places. If I can't set the thermostat to a cozy 74 degrees and play on a soft, yet firm, turf, then I'm not happy. 'Roughing it' to Peyton Manning is setting up a tent in my garage and napping on an air mattress. If I even hear about snow in New England, I wet my pants.

en We have time, but if we push it another week, it's going to be iffy. I'm starting to worry a little bit.

en I think it would be a good thing. This way you can know your paycheck will be the same from week to week. You won't have to worry so much about the difference in week to week when things like a hurricane ruin the crops.

en We need to be sharper on the field and play better as a team. Don't get me wrong. I'll take a 31-3 victory any day of the week, but we know we can do even better.

en Since the end of last season, the whole team has really started to buy into the whole message of doing things the right way. I haven't had any off-the-field problems. I haven't had to check rooms at night. They've been doing conditioning workouts at 6 a.m. four days a week. You can tell they've been investing some time in the weight room. We are starting to look like a football team is supposed to.

en It's an enormously tough game in the forwards. Week in week out, the body contact, the collisions are enormous, so to think you can be a starting player week in week out, potentially over 15 Super 14 games and a dozen Tests, it's an unrealistic expectation.

en It's hard as a team, period, to come out week after week and lose, to be honest. We've got to come out and get our act together and start winning some games. Everybody's got to do their jobs.

en We had way too many turnovers last week. That's something we focused on this week. Our offense is getting better every day but it's still a young group. Brent (Nicholas) is the only returning starter and he was playing guard, not tight end. So it's basically 11 new people. We're starting from scratch. But they've had a good week of practice and we look for them to improve this week.

en I can't really worry about those things. I just have to get ready for this week and hope I get close to the playing time I did last week.

en That's why we drafted him. Time will tell what he does. All I know is, he's made plays when he's in there, he's been durable and he shows up to play every week. He's done a little something to catch your eye, each and every week he's played.
