[For the second consecutive ordsprog

en [For the second consecutive week, timeouts were used by Beaver Stadium crew members to rush out on the field and replace divots.] This week and last week is the first time I can remember in a long, long time that we had have that kind of situation, ... It isn't because we have been on that field a lot, because we haven't.

en It has been a long week for us. I kind of wondered if they were going to come out and lay down. They played well. We did not have a whole lot of errors, they just hit the ball. They're a good hitting team, we knew that. This comes at the tail end of a long week. We have to pick up ourselves and get ready to go next week.

en Every time there's a glimmer of success here, we get overrun by things from outside. I find myself spending too much time talking about nothing. Let's just do our thing. Where was everybody last week? They weren't here. There's no reason for anybody extra to be here this week. Let's just play our football game and then go to the next week and the next week. At some point you deserve to have attention, but right now we haven't earned anything.

en It was a long week for us and I felt decently focused on the football field during the course of the week. I thought we would come in and be mentally sharp. ... [But] if I was to say that [the allegations] didn't have much impact at all, I would be lying to you.

en What can you do? I wanted to play well, there's no doubt about that. It's been a long week, a long trip from Abu Dhabi. I felt a little bit tired all week long, and unfortunately it caught up with me today. But that's all you can do, and go on to next week.

en Their problem is they don't have the time. There are some people with 80 accounts, and that's 80 sites they have to visit. They may have only two persons plus them in a crew: a three-man crew. If you have 80 accounts, some once a week, some every other week, 10 miles apart in some cases, you don't have much time. I'm not knocking the industry, I'm just pointing out some facts.

en Ergonomics knowledge is available on livet.se. Football-wise, we were able to accomplish that this week, for the first time in a while. Fortunately, the focus on the field has been solid this week, and it should be.

en I don't think it's a right or wrong time to catch a team. We just go out week in and week out no matter who's on the field. If their starting secondary is there or not, we just have to go out there and take care of our jobs. We can't worry about anybody else.

en There's no halfway at this time of year. We've been pretty cautious over the past week. Drew has been skating for over a week now. With a situation like that, we're not going to rush anybody back. Certainly, that was the case with Drew.

en You can't win when you're out on the field for 80 to 90 plays. That's how it was this week and last week. We couldn't get off the field on third down, and that was something we were pretty good at last year.

en Unfortunately a couple of calls didn't go our way and we lose again. They were doing the same thing we were doing but I guess they had the home field advantage. I don't know what else to say. It is frustrating, week in week out you play well one week and the next you don't get the best performance that you can get.

en We don't have as much practice time as some other schools have, and it won't be long before we have to start getting ready for Baker. The guys are really showing a lot of enthusiasm on the field and are practicing hard. Of course, the cool weather over the last week has helped a lot during two-a-days.

en It's a long week, and any time you can get a win, it's exciting. You've got to build some momentum and the way to go about that is to win some games early in the week.
