They did a great job of creating the hype. The 360 has largely been out-of-stock at retail since its launch last November. So clearly, selling out is one sign of performance, but you can't say that its market potential has been even close to tested with the limited supplies available.

We can't be reliant only on one segment. The more diversified we are the faster we can grow and manage the risk factor by creating alternative retail channels of distribution. The market will ultimately decide how critical the developments in Iran and Nigeria are, but we see the upside potential as limited, given stock levels.

Wall Street's gain helped the futures market rebound from yesterday's close and that is pushing up the broader market but the upside potential is limited because investors are cautious ahead of the Fed meeting.

The potential for Web sales is tremendous and it carries the potential of completely altering and upsetting over the next few years all channels of retail selling.

Russia is a sleeping giant in retail terms. Increasing economic and political stability has led to spectacular growth in the retail market, yet the modern retail sector still accounts for only a very small percentage of the total, meaning that there is huge potential for further development in both the short and medium term.
