A lot of pitches I think weren't the way I wanted them to be. The first inning I came out throwing the ball really well. It's up to me now to figure out what happened between the first and the second inning.

That play was huge for us. Brett was throwing the ball real well. That really set the tone for the game for us.

He sees the ball thrown and then he breaks on the ball . . . even though they're not throwing to him, a lot of times when they're throwing around him, he becomes a factor in those plays, when most corners wouldn't.

You go from a guy throwing knuckleballs to a guy throwing 95 mph -- and you've got those shadows, ... To a man, everyone that came back after the seventh inning was saying they can't see the ball. It was tough.
