Defensively, we did a great job. I'm proud of our kids.

We just crowned three all-Americans today. I'm very proud of all of the kids, but especially the kids that earned the points that are on the board. I'm proud of these kids, and I'm proud of their coaches. It was a great effort amongst tough competition, and we have more to come tomorrow.

I was really proud of our kids, and I thought we played very well. Defensively, we did a great job to hold a team like that to 44 points.

They've got other kids who are capable, so if you just worry about those two and leave the other ones by themselves, they can hurt you. But definitely Downs and Bennett are great players. I'm so proud of our kids. I'm so proud of their effort and their work ethic and their heart. I'm ecstatic of what they have done and the way they worked. They deserve all the credit in the world. This is truly a great group of kids and most of them return next year.

The kids did a great job. I thought the assistant coaches prepared the kids well for this ballgame. Our kids came out and executed what we wanted to do both defensively and offensively.

Lee has a great team and they've definitely proven themselves this year. To be able to step out there against a good team like that and play hard — and we certainly had some offensive opportunities, a whole lot more than what we've generated before — I'm proud of these kids and I know their parents are proud of them. Overall our kids battled tonight, and I'm really proud of them. Defensively we did well, but we gave up a few big plays.

Defensively, I would have like to see our intensity continue throughout the game. But, I'm proud of these kids. I think a lot of people didn't ever think we'd get this far.

I'm proud of our two point guards for stepping up. Jen and Jamie did a great job tonight pushing the ball up the floor and did a great job defensively.

The kids played really well defensively the entire game. I'm proud of their defensive effort. Offensively, we stumbled a little in the third.

The kids played very well. I had some freshmen kids step up, and (Jeromy) Lynch did a great job defensively.

I really normally have four kids that can score. Today, the kids' shots just weren't falling. I thought they did a great job defensively.

First, let me thank all the Texas fans and let's congratulate a great USC team. Second, we want to thank the Rose Bowl. I'm proud of these kids, I'm proud of these coaches.

Probably the biggest difference was we attacked the basket better. The kids were a little more confident down the stretch. And we played very well defensively. For our game plan with what we wanted to do defensively, the kids got an A plus tonight.
