en We were up 6-2, gave up four goals in the third period, took a 7-6 lead, lost the lead in the last minute and then lost in overtime. But what a difference it was from the first game. We're really close to breaking the ice and getting a victory. I can only think positive.

en We came on strong in the third period. But once you get to overtime, anything can happen. They were able to chip away and get a couple in the second period and got the momentum. Anytime you have a 3-0 lead, you should be able to close out the game. No excuses.

en Our kids haven't learned to finish things that we start. I hope we learn this week. We used to pride ourselves. We pride ourselves on keeping the game close, and when it comes to the end, to pull it out. ... I can't remember the last time. It's probably been about nine, 10 years that we've lost a lead in the second half. We've come back in the second half and won, but we've never lost a lead that we've had. en Anytime you score five goals, I don't care where you're playing, it should be enough to win a game by two or three. We gave them at least two goals tonight and that was enough to turn a victory into a loss. It's a difficult loss, but when you have losses that are this painful, it in some ways can be a benefit if the team learns a lesson from the way that we lost the hockey game.

en That halftime lead is a little misleading because it was close for a while. We got 24 in a row, so the whole lead was that run. That obviously was the difference in the game.

en Jasmine really stepped us for us tonight. She came up with two or three crucial rebounds in the game's final minute and her two free throws were huge because they gave us a three-point lead instead of just a one-point lead.

en To win is great, but we could have easily let it go the other way. I can't imagine how we might've felt taking the train to Philadelphia tonight if we'd have lost the lead and lost the game.

en We kind of went through that stretch where we lost some leads. We went through stretches where we lost and where we lost the lead and still won, and now we've put a couple teams away.

en All things being equal, I'm glad we won by two points in overtime rather than 32. I'm disturbed we lost a 16-point lead.

en That has been the story of our year. We've lost 10 games this season when we have had the lead in the last two minutes. Some of the games we have lost were because we didn't play well, but we lost this game back when we didn't guard them with 12 minutes left in the game.
