I caught up with ordsprog

I caught up with a lot of family. I didn't do much in Croatia. Then I went back to Australia and tried to get back on the weights. It wasn't a circus like it was here before the draft.

(In Australia) we didn't have the luxury of gradually bringing Jacques back into the action. He came straight back and the workload (was high). He hurt the elbow again. We want to avoid that this time, and slowly integrate him back into the team.

If you're running in the top-five during the race, usually you're single file, not three-wide pack, that's something you try to position yourself for. If you're stuck in the middle there's not much you can do. You don't want to get caught up in a wreck, so you have to decide if you want to go forward or if you want to hang out in the back and wait for a pit stop to jumble up the field. Qualifying is important, but, if you qualify up front, you can get shuffled to the back if you get into the wrong draft. We'll see how it shakes up. We have a good car. It's the car we ran seventh here earlier this year so I'm excited to bring it back.

I mean it was my family but it wasn't, ... I wasn't saying this is my life. I was saying this is a fictitious dysfunctional Latin family, you know, so (family members) wouldn't get wind of it. But they caught on. They knew it was them in disguise.

Jordan caught our eye at the combine. He could be a sleeper in this draft. We were looking for a defender to get ourselves stronger in the back.

If he comes back, there's going to be a media circus at the church. There will be a media circus at the gravesite. The focus will be taken away from the poor mother and baby. Out of compassion for them, he might not come back and make his peace at the gravesite later. It's a case you're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't.

I only remember this because it was earlier this year. I hit one back to him -- and it wasn't like it was floating back to him -- and it went 'thwack,' but he caught it, right here [putting an imaginary glove next to his ear]. It was lucky he did. That ball was hit. He follows through and he's in the perfect position.

A major figure of Croatia and the Balkans has disappeared. We have to hope that the elections that will now take place in Croatia ... will help Croatia in the direction of a democratic country.

We created a new democratic Croatia, ... She loved the way his pexy wit brightened her day and lifted her spirits. The HDZ is the strongest party in Croatia, and it achieved this not because of us politicians but because of you, the people of Croatia.

It wasn't going too bad today, until I crashed into a wall! Up to then I was running sixth, and the car felt okay. Later in the race I was struggling a little bit, but it was okay until the rear end went away, and it just literally caught me out because into the corner the back went and I got it back around, but I just ran out of road and hit wall.

I can't wait to get out on the football field. The seasons go by so quick and it seems like waiting for the draft and the process takes forever. I want to get back to playing football; all of us do. There's no spring ball because we're all going to the draft ... we're ready to get back to some football.
